Yoga first!

So I'm back.  I had a little time away from blogging and yoga, and both were not such a good idea.  I had a hard week and didn't practice any yoga, things when from bad to worse.  I made the realization that when in doubt---yoga first. Of course you have to go to work and take care of other things but if you have a choice between something that isn't healthy for you and yoga...YOGA is the best choice!  So I'm back on the mat and putting in more dedication to my practice. Here is a little mini yoga journal

Saturday- Ariel Yoga at Yoga Girl Yoga Girls Orlando

Sunday- Vinyassa Flow Shine on Yoga with one of my favorite instructors- she is alway so inspiring

Monday- n/a

Tuesday-  To Your Health Tuesday with a great talk about sugar (stay tuned for upcoming blog)

Wednesday- Orlando Power Yoga for some major sweat followed by a fresh Kowabunga juice.

Doing well this week with my practice, staying mindful, keeping with the breath. :)
