Things happen that we don't enjoy or like but there are really only two things you can do--
- Accept what is happening and see the positive and choose a peaceful state of mind
- Fight against it, be miserable, and struggle against the universe.
You can't control your situation, you can decide how to react to it.

This reminds me that I don't have to ..and encourages me not to "struggle against the universe"
